Westech Rental Agreement
This agreement is to establish the terms of the rental of Thermoplastic Heat Welding Overlap Welder (the device) and is hereby entered into the date entered below in the contact form by (Lessor) Roofing Company Name Entered Below in the contact form and (Lessee) Westech Plastic Welding Technologies.
The lessor and lessee agree to the following terms and conditions:
Lease
1. The lessee is renting one professional Thermoplastic Heat Welding Overlap Welder.
2. The term of lease will begin as entered below in the contact form.
3. The rental fee will be paid in one installment by the lessee at the time of the rental.
4. A deposit of $500.00 will be paid by the lessee prior to the rental. This deposit will be returned to the lessee conditional after concluding the rental, upon the lessee's adherence to the terms of this agreement.
Obligations
1. The lessee will use the device in a proper manner, complying with all applicable laws and ordinances which may in any way relate to the possession or use of the device.
2. The lessee is responsible for keeping the device in good repair and in working order at their own expense, including furnishing any parts required to repair the device during the rental term.
3. The lessee will assume all risks of loss or damage caused to the device. No loss or damage caused to the device will cause the rest of this agreement to become void.
4. At the end of the rental agreement, the lessee will return the device to the lessor in good condition, normal wear from proper usage excepted.
5. The return of the device shall be at the lessee's expense to the address of the lessor provided.
Liability
1. The lessee releases the lessor from any liability due to expenses, damages, or injury caused by the rental and usage of the device.
2. The device shall at all times remain the property of the lessor.
3. This agreement will be governed under the jurisdiction of the state of Washington, Idaho, Oregon and Arizona.
